Here we go! ICLaVE|11 is now kicking off.

Welcome to the conference main hub!

On this landing page, we provide you with the Zoom links to the conference rooms, as well as with information about the conference schedule and the different types of presentations.

 

ICLaVE|11 takes place online via Zoom. We strongly recommend using the Zoom client (as opposed to a browser-based version), for reasons of stability.

Please join the sessions with your full name. We also strongly encourage you to turn on your camera (if possible), in order to attenuate the impersonaliy of an online conferences.

Zoom links for the different conference rooms (1–6)  are added to the individual contributions in the final version of the ICLaVE|11 program and are also listed further below on this page. The links change from day to day, but remain the same for a particular room throughout a given day.

All Zoom rooms are secured by passcode. Registered ICLaVE|11 participants have already received the passcode for the Zoom links by mail. This passcode is for the exclusive use of registered ICLaVE|11 conference participants and must not be shared with non-registered persons. In case you are registered but have not received any related notification, please contact us at iclave11(at)dioe.at.

 

For the duration of the conference, we have set up virtual Zoom helpdesks (with the passcode: help) to assist with any difficulties that may occur. You can find the links in the programme or in the table below.

Frequently Asked Questions 

 

For presenting a paper at ICLaVE|11

Individual papers are allocated slots of 20 minutes each, followed by a 10-minute discussion. Session chairs are asked to strictly enforce time-keeping, to ensure that sessions always run in synch.

 

For presenting a poster at ICLaVE|11

Following a brief general introduction by the organizers, the poster session (Wed April 13, from 5:30pm) will be held via pre-programmed break-out rooms in Zoom.
To facilitate interactive discussion as well as transition between and participation in multiple posters, synchronized possible transition points will be marked and announced to all every 15 minutes. 

Posters will be made available in advance via links added to the individual poster abstracts in the conference schedule.

 

For presenting a multimedia presentation at ICLaVE|11

Each MMP has been allocated an individual slot of 30 minutes on Wednesday afternoon (from 2:30pm).
